Mechanical engineer got three job offers from top IP companies

Sayantam has done his M.Tech in Mechanical engineering. After completing his post-graduation he started working in a steel factory. He has an experience of 10 months in a steel factory. While working there he realized that he was wasting his potential and degree. There is no use of his degree in a steel factory and nothing new which he can learn while working there. He remembered that he had studied IPR during his post-graduation time and also made a thesis related to IPR. At that point of his life he came to know about IIPTA’s JOPAT Program.

He then enrolled in the JOPAT Program to get more professional and practical knowledge about IPR. During his 3 months course, IIPTA taught him Patent searching, Patentability searching, FTO searching, Invalidity searching, Prior art searching, Patent laws of Indian, US & European jurisdictions, Patent prosecution, Patent forms, Patent infringement, Patent Drafting etc .

With the guidance and placement assistance of IIPTA he was able to get a job in one of the top IP companies. Now he is working at Ennoble IP.
