IIPTA (Indian Institute of Patent and Trademark Education and Research Private Limited) along with its sales partner Doubleloop Education Private Limited do not accept return requests of any product(s) including but not limited to market research reports, patent analysis reports, online courses, ebooks, printed books, any other product sold under the brand name of IIPTA. Once the product(s)have been delivered and or given access (in case of online content such as but not limited to online courses, ebooks, research reports, patent analysis work product) to the client from our side using our online learning platform, email or any other delivery mechanism.
We have 100% replacement policy in case of damaged printed book(s) within 7 days from delivery, if they have been damaged on their way to your registered delivery address from IIPTA by courier or by any kind of physical post. If you wish you get a physical damaged product replaced, you must intimate us immediately on receiving it and the damaged book(s) must be couriered back to IIPTA address found on contact us page within 7 days from the date of damaged product delivery. Once we receive the damaged physical book, we will courier or speed post you new replacement books. No money refund request will be entertained in this case.
