We are sharing the success story of one of our alumni Mudit. Currently, he’s placed at Thomson Reuters in Hyderabad. Completed his BBA-LLB from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University. He Handled and managed various cases of the US, UK and Libya, and coordinated with financial authorities in matters of finding figures and facts, which led to his interest in the development of intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

In this 3-months JOPAT program of IIPTA, he learned about laws associated with trademarks, copyrights, and patents in India and the U.S. and how they are helpful in the IPR industry.

Also, he learned about patent searching in databases. Indian Patent Office (IPO), United States Patents and Trademarks (USPTO), European Patent Office (EPO), Google Patents and World Intellectual property Organization (WIPO). He also mentioned how live classes helped him grasp the knowledge of IPR. She expressed how the JOPAT program IIPTA helped him to learn practical knowledge in the domain of IPR and also in personality development.

An intangible asset created by the human mind is known as intellectual property (IP). Inventions, designs, literary and creative works, symbols, titles, and images employed in the business are examples of intellectual creations or goods.

Currently, he’s successfully placed at Thomson Reuters, on the post of Patent Analyst with a decent salary package and he is doing well at his job. Mudit attributes a large portion of his IIPTA staff, who were always very motivating. We wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.
