How to Prepare for Patent Agent Examination 2018 ?
What is pattern and syllabus of Exam?
Exam has three papers. Paper 1 is objective type paper with multiple choice questions. There will be 50 questions and you must complete in 2 hours. Paper 2 is subjective paper with long answers and patent drafting questions. You must complete this paper in 3 hours.Paper 3 is viva voce. Each paper is of 100 marks. To pass the paper, you have to minimum secure 50% marks in each paper and aggregate as 60%.
Exam is based on Indian Patent Act and Rules. Exam will test your scientific aptitude with patent drafting questions.

Indian Patent Office conducts Indian Patent Agent Examination every year. According to official website ipindia.nic.in, Indian Patent Act and Indian Patent Rules are the resources of study.
