Drug maker Venus Remedies Ltd has been granted a patent by Indian authorities for its once-a-day painkiller Aceclofenac injection.
Aceclonefac is world’s first once-a-day painkiller injection.Aceclofenac is a NSAID (non steroidal anti inflammatory drug) used for the relief of acute as well as chronic pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain, ankylosing spondylitis, dental pain, post traumatic pain, gynecological pain and oncology pain.This formulation based on

The company expects to capture 10 percent market share in the pain-killer segment in the early years of the launch, Manu Chaudhary, director, R&D division, Venus Remedies, was quoted as saying in the statement.
