Shreya Biswas
She completed her B.Tech in Biotechnology from Clark University, Worcester, Massachusetts, USA and M.tech in Biotechnology from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela, Odisha, India.
Ishita Raghav, who had undergone Post Graduate Diploma in Patent Law and Management from IIPTA. She did have a strong knowledge of intellectual property laws including Copyrights Act 1957, Trademark Act 1999, Indian Patent Act, 1970 and American Invent act, 2011. Reviewed case laws related to IPR during the course. Research oriented with experience in drafting exercises. Skill in research based exercises using USPTO, WIPO, Indian patent office.
