How did an LLB graduate get placement in Clarivate Analytics?

Shefaque said that during the Pandemic period senior lawyers were practicing litigation but it was difficult for her as a junior & fresher lawyer to practice litigation on a regular basis. She analyzed that the IPR field is growing at a very very fast pace and it has great scope in the market. Thus, she enrolled in the IIPTA’s JOPAT Program and opted for IP as a career.

She is a law graduate. Many different fields come under law like civil, criminal, taxation etc. but those belong to the Indian laws only that means it will be difficult for her to practice law abroad. In case of IPR, it doesn’t not happen. IPR is used in every field and in every country. She can also work in foriegn countries if she wants. As an IP aspirant she can perform litigation by herself after completing the Patent analyst program.

She liked the teaching method of Cheshta Sharma ma’am very much. She is from Kolkata and she wants to do work only in Kolkata, she doesn't want to relocate anywhere. IIPTA helped her to get a job in Kolkata. Now she is working with Clarivate Analytics, Kolkata.
