The New York office of Aren’t Fox LLP is seeking a patent staff attorney or agent with at least 3 years of experience in patent preparation, drafting and prosecution, preferably in the software/electrical technologies.
Duties to Include:
This position is for a Patent Staff Attorney or Patent Agent in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Physics. Duties will include patent preparation, drafting, and prosecution. At least 3-years experience in these areas, preferably in the software/electrical technologies, is preferred.
Qualifications Required:
Candidates must possess a 4-year degree in computer science, electrical engineering or physics. Membership to the Patent Bar is required. Candidates must possess strong writing skills, excellent academic credentials, and a desire to excel in a law firm environment. Undergraduate transcripts are required. Knowledge of Russian language is a plus but not required.
