Amitabh Bachchan has sent a legal notice to his leader Kumar Vishwas, who allegedly used a poem in a video, poet Harivansh Rai Bachchan used a poet and gave him an account of revenue generated from him said.

A song by Mr Vishwas which used as its lyrics a poem by Mr Bachchan’s father Harivansh Rai Bachchan was brought to the actor’s notice. The poem used is titled Neend Ka Nirmaan, Phir Phir. Kumar Vishwas’ song, with the same title as the poem, was uploaded last week on YouTube, from where it was shared with Mr Bachchan by a fan.
Bachchan said that the video, where faith poetry sees the song, was a “copyright infringement” and should be removed from YouTube popular video-sharing site within 24 hours.
In a statement, a member of the Aam Aadmi Party said that he got a notice, which called for the removal of the video and asked him in the revenue account generated from him.

Mr Bachchan notified Kumar Vishwas that he was guilty of copyright infringement and that ‘legal will take care of this.’ In response, Mr Vishwas has tweeted that the video is being taken offline and that a sum of Rs. 32 will be paid to Amitabh Bachchan as royalty. Sending earned Rs 32 as demanded as it was the revenue generated from advertisements on YouTube

He had received appreciation from the families of other poets whose works had figured in the tribute series.
