Akshata L. Mamledar

Here I am going to share the testimonial of Akshata L. Mamledar, who had undergone Post Graduate Diploma in Patent Law and Management from IIPTA. She currently Pursuing Masters in Business Law at NLSIU – Bangalore. LL.M in Intellectual Property Rights with a First Class from V.M. Salgaocar College of Law, Goa University. She reviewed case laws related to IPR during the LLB/LLM course. Research oriented reports and presentations on different areas of law.

She got a Certificate in Civil Law Systems Law Universidade de Lisbon & V. M. Salgaocar College of Law, Goa. She did Drafting of Patent and Trademarks, Database search for Patents and Trademarks, Filing of Patents and Trademarks, Major and minor programs for legal aid across various genres like Child labour, Domestic violence, Environmental Laws.

She possesses certain unique qualities:

  1. Part of National Service Scheme – Participated in upliftment of weaker Section of the society, addressing various grievances, organised various public meetings.
  2. Management Committee Volunteer – TATVA 2010(inter collegiate cultural event)
  3. Led an organisational committee for a two-day National Human Rights Convention – ‘The Truth Behind’- September 2010
  4. Led National Service Scheme of V.M. Salgaocar College of Law
  5. Managed the Election Campaign for the M.G. Party in Ponda Constituency and handled social media for the Political Party.

She has this classroom program from IIPTA in Mumbai and was very much satisfied after the classes which he undergoes under Patent Agent Mrs. Cheshta Sharma. She understood everything very well, and moreover was very much clear about the Program. She found the Patent Program very useful and was very happy with how the teacher taught the course.
