The Tech Contracts Program is a practical program on IT contracts. This program elaborates “how to” guide on software development contract, software licenses and technology services agreements, covering the issues at stake and offering negotiation tips and sample contract language.

Perhaps most important, this program uses simple English which is easy to be understood by business people especially tech entrepreneurs, contract managers, procurement officers, IT Officers etc.

At end of every module, there is interesting multiple choice quizzes. Quizzes are self-evaluating and help participants understand the concept better.

Content and Structure:

Course includes 10 modules. Each module is designed for sequential and in detail understanding of tech contrast for business.

Final Exam:

Each module has self-assessment quiz in the end.  There is multiple choice end examination. End examination is of 60 minutes. After answering all questions in allocated time, participants can submit the exam online. Participants who pass the program will be sent certificate at their registered address.
